UAA restructures ESL services

The University of Alaska Anchorage is making major changes to its English as a Second Language (ESL) courses. Beginning in fall 2017 the school will no longer offer classes like Oral Fluency or Vocabulary Enhancement.
Denise Runge, the dean of the UAA Community and Technical College, explained the ESL services will be incorporated into beginning English composition courses instead.
