Anchorage police say Henry Mala has been found and returned home. He is safe, they said in a statement.

The search for a missing Anchorage man led to a Silver Alert Monday afternoon.
Initially, the Anchorage Police Department issued a statement asking the public to keep an eye out for 62-year-old Henry Mala, who was last seen leaving his home on North Flower Street
