Ravens’ Roost co-housing community growing in South Anchorage

Considered the first in the state, a new co-housing project in South Anchorage called Ravens’ Roost is slowly growing into a community, now that most of the residents have moved in.
Bruce Roberts was one of the early supporters of the project, which he said has been in the planning and building stages for about five years. Roberts, along with his wife and daughter, moved to Ravens’ Roost off of Abbot Road in September. Roberts said he already knows most of the neighbors.
