Police use Taser to take down break-in suspect with ‘extremely heightened physical strength’

A man accused of breaking into and stealing items from a midtown Anchorage tech store was arrested Monday evening, police say.
The case began Saturday when a male suspect backed a 2011 Volkswagen Golf into the front of Device Pitstop, located on West 36th Avenue. Footage from the store, shared in the above video, shows the suspect entering through a broken window and quickly gathering up a number of items before leaving.
