Nixle alert helps citizen find missing man, police say

Anchorage police say Charlie Fahl was found around 5 p.m. and is safe.
“Charlie Fahl was found safe this evening thanks to an alert citizen who had received APD’s Nixle notification,” police said in an update.
Police said the citizen saw Fahl at New Sagaya City Market on West 13th Avenue after getting the Nixle and recognized him.
