Mushing Mortician pulls out of Iditarod, cites health problems

A second well-known Alaska musher has pulled out of the Iditarod in the final days before the historic race is scheduled to begin. In a post on Scott Janssen’s professional Facebook page, the Mushing Mortician said he had unforeseen medical issues, and was advised by a doctor to sit this year’s race out.
