Mixed reactions to Uber, Lyft coming to Alaska

Ridesharing services like Uber and Lyft will now be able to operate in Alaska now that Governor Bill Walker signed that legislation into law.
It sets up rules for background checks and insurance policies for drivers. Municipalities can also ban these services if a majority of its voters approve of that move.
