Mat-Su borough could face lawsuit over pot measure

WASILLA — A woman looking to start a marijuana business plans to challenge the Matanuska-Susitna Borough at the Alaska Supreme Court over claims that a ballot measure prohibiting pot sales in unincorporated areas of the borough was created using fraudulent methods.
