Man suspected of driving drunk captured by citizens, arrested

Two citizens chased down a man who is now accused of driving under the influence of alcohol.
According to the Anchorage Police Department, law enforcement was dispatched to a vehicle crash at Dowling Road and Lake Otis Parkway at 4:13 p.m. APD was told a drunk driver was involved in the incident and tried to leave the scene.
When officers arrived, they said they discovered that Steven Holliday, 60, was traveling in a 1991 Chevy truck east on Dowling Road, police wrote in a Nixle. The agency said
