Man charged with assault, robbery after stabbing Fred Meyer employee in the neck

A Fred Meyer loss prevention employee suffered serious wounds after an altercation with a potential shoplifter, who stabbed the employee in the neck Sunday evening.
The incident occurred at the Northern Lights Boulevard location around 5 p.m.
