Live: Superior Court arguments in PFD lawsuit

The Anchorage Superior Court is hearing arguments this morning in Sen. Bill Wielechowski’s lawsuit attempting to reverse Gov. Bill Walker’s Permanent Fund dividend veto.
The Anchorage Democrat argues that the governor’s veto was unconstitutional. The governor’s veto was a cost saving measure that roughly halved the Permanent Fund dividends paid to Alaskans in October.
