Lawmaker silent amid apology demands for abortion remarks

JUNEAU, Alaska (AP) – Alaska legislative leaders say they’re unsure what steps, if any, may be taken after being met with silence in their demands that a state representative apologize for comments on abortion that they said were offensive.
