KTVA Weather Lab: Creekside Park Elementary

In this week’s KTVA Weather Lab, I take you behind the scenes in the news studio! I visited Creekside Park Elementary School in Anchorage, where the third-graders are using songs to help them remember their weather lessons.
These young scientists have a solid foundation in meteorology but were curious about the science of TV! While I was there, they asked me the Weather Lab Question of the Week: How do you know where to point on the green screen?
