July road construction, O’Malley closure

 
A summer road construction project starting the first week of July will have a road in South Anchorage closed for a few weeks.
O’Malley Road will be closed between the Seward Highway and Lake Otis Parkway starting Wednesday, July 5.
DOT officials ask drivers to follow the detour routes at Huffman and Abbott Roads.
The road will reopen on Wednesday, July 26.
