‘In Plain Sight’ exhibit shows how camouflage affects our world
An exhibit at the Anchorage Museum looks at how people work to be seen and unseen through the lens of cultural and functional camouflage.
Whether it be from fashion, nature, the military or even technology, “Camouflage: In Plain Sight” explores the magic of camouflage.
The exhibit features images from Simon Menner, a photographer who took images of snipers in nature. That’s not all; there are pieces from Andy Warhol, a cuttlefish tank, a cloaking scarf and more.
