High winds take down historic Iditarod headquarters sign

The welcome sign for the Iditarod Trail Committee (ITC) headquarters was destroyed Sunday by high winds in the Valley.
ITC CEO Stan Hooley said the sign was erected around the time the headquarters was established in the late 1980s.
