Goose Lake hosts Paddle Fun Day

There are lots of ways to have fun on Alaska’s waters — while getting a little exercise.
the Alaska Sea Kayaking Symposium hosted a paddle fun day on Goose Lake Saturday. People could try out non-motorized boats, like kayaks, rafts, stand up paddle boards and canoes.
Organizers of the event told KTVA they also wanted people to learn about safe boating and the differences in the types of watercraft.
