Fisherman’s body recovered from Copper River Flats

The sole operator of a fishing boat was found dead in the Copper River Flats fishing area last Thursday night.
According to Alaska State Troopers, the body of 69-year-old Clifford M. Johns, of Bothell, Washington, was recovered from the surf along the Pete Dahl Slough.
