Ernestine Hayes named Alaska State Writer Laureate

Juneau author Ernestine Hayes is the new Alaska State Writer Laureate for the next two years.
The Alaska Humanities Forum and Alaska State Council on the Arts made the announcement in a joint statement Thursday.
