Cold temps? Alaskans are hearty, but not foolhardy
When it comes to weathering the elements, even Alaskans have their limits. Ten below zero is the temperature cutoff to keep elementary-schoolers inside for recess. And this week’s subzero readings necessitated the postponement of several activities for the Nordic Skiing Association of Anchorage (NSAA).
