Children were playing outside as bullets started flying

People who live near East 5th Avenue and State Street in Muldoon say hearing gunshots at night is normal.
“It shouldn’t be, but it’s what it is,” said Tremaine Chisholm.
He and others became worried Tuesday night when the shots didn’t stop.
“It’s been going on for at least a month now. You’ll wake up in the middle of the morning just from gunshots, but last night takes the cake. That was the worst thing.”
