Chalkyitsik, Fort Yukon tribes celebrate historic land-use plan

That’s why two interior Alaska tribes in Chalkyitsik and Fort Yukon celebrated historic land-use agreements with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) that were more than eight years in the making.
