Avoiding Mother’s Day scams and Facebook trends

Be careful: That perfect flower arrangement you found online for mom could be a scam. Michelle Tabler with the Better Business Bureau says scammers are out, even on Mother’s Day.
Tabler said one way to avoid becoming a victim is to check the florist’s legitimacy on the BBB’s website. Another way to avoid getting conned out of cash is to only deal with local florists. She said then to check what other people are saying about the florist. If it looks good, use that company.
