APOC recommends dismissing complaint about legistlator-lead campaign PAC

A staff report by the Alaska Public Offices Commission recommends the organization dismiss a complaint by the Alaska Democratic Party regarding a state lawmaker’s creation of an election Political Action Committee (PAC) to contribute to the campaigns of other legislative candidates.
