APD’s Project Angel Tree returns to bring presents to Anchorage children in need

After a successful first year, the Anchorage Police Department has brought back its Project Angel Tree.
Through the project, Anchorage residents can provide presents for local children in need.
The Anchorage School District provided the names and wishlists of more than 40 children. As the tags started to quickly disappear, police said they would request an additional 25 names for the project.
