APD: Situation closes West Anchorage roadway

Anchorage Police say a “developing situation” led them to close a main thoroughfare in West Anchorage Wednesday afternoon.
Authorities did not elaborate on the situation but did say that International Airport Road was closed between Electron Drive and Eielson Street for about an hour and 20 minutes.
