APD searching for robbery suspect on foot in South Anchorage

Police in Anchorage are looking for a male robbery suspect Thursday afternoon.
In a text message alert, the Anchorage Police Department stated they are searching for the suspect, who they said is on foot, near O’Malley Road and Main Tree Drive.
The message advised people living in the area to “secure their homes.”
