APD asks for public’s help locating missing man

The Anchorage Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a 34-year-old man reported missing by family from Outside.According to the department, Ian Christopher Richards is described by family members as “homeless.” Police said he also suffers from a behavior disability and is believed to not be taking any medication.
Richards is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall and 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
