Anchorage’s first snow brings multiple accidents

Anchorage has had its first measurable snowfall of the season and a rash of accidents along with it.
National Weather Service meteorologist David Kramer says snowfall totals vary across the city Friday morning. Higher elevations on the eastern side of Anchorage had between 5 to 6 inches of snow, but only about 1 to 3 inches accumulated in West Anchorage.
