Anchorage police end active search for early morning robbery suspect

Police are investigating a reported early morning robbery in Anchorage’s Taku/Campbell neighborhood.
Around 4:30 Wednesday morning, the Anchorage Police Department (APD) was dispatched to the area of E. 74th Avenue and Old Seward Highway after neighbors in the area reported hearing gunshots, police wrote in an online release.
Police dispatch also received a report of three individuals, a man and two women, fighting in the same area.
