Alaskans face August vote on ending unlimited campaign donations

Alaskans will face a ballot initiative when they vote in the primary election this August. The initiative, known as Ballot Measure 1, aims to limit the influence of big-money donors on Alaska’s state and local elections.
That’s in addition to races for governor, the U.S. House and Senate and the state Legislature.
