AFL caps another season, now looking to expand

The Alaska Football League just completed its season Sunday as the Greatland Packers dropped the Anchorage Cowboys for the title. Next season, they and the other four teams in the league may have company. The AFL is considering expanding.
“We’re going to be talking to some people on the [Kenai] Peninsula at the end of this month, the end of October, about next season.” said Bob Lee, the AFL’s commissioner.
