Aces players top of the class at Klatt Elementary

The Alaska Aces are used to enthusiastic crowds. On Thursday, they had one at unusual time — 2:30 p.m.
The young fans at Klatt Elementary School were ready to hear what defenseman Mark Andre Levesque and Matt Geurts had to say. An assembly focused on good life lessons, as the players encouraged the eager audience to exercise, eat right, keep at their schoolwork even if it’s difficult and, of course, to have fun.
