3 Mat-Su schools closed due to icy roads

Some students will get to add an extra day to their weekend on Monday as the Matanuska-Susitna Borough School district has closed three schools due to icy road conditions.
According to the school district’s website, the following schools are closed for Monday, Nov. 14:
— Su Valley Jr/Sr High School— Trapper Creek Elementary— Talkeetna Elementary
All others schools in the district are open and on time.
