2016 in memoriam: Remembering some of Alaska’s late leaders, innovators

As 2016 draws to a close, KTVA would like to remember some Alaskans who died this year. While a great many Alaskans deserve recognition for contributions to the state and its people, the following Alaskans’ lives have made an impact lasting beyond their deaths.
We’d like to extend our deepest condolences to the friends and family of these Alaskans and others who’ve passed away this year.
