2 boaters missing in Western Alaska

Two people are missing after heading into the water on a wooden rowboat in Wales.
The Coast Guard is helping the community search for a 23-year-old man and 14-year-old boy who left Wales early Sunday morning.
Villagers said about a half hour later they could be heard from shore shouting for help.
The Coast Guard said neither had a life jacket or survival gear.
A Coast Guard HC-130 Hercules airplane crew arrived on scene Sunday afternoon and an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew is en route.
