You can audition for ‘American Idol’ this week on Zoom

After crowning its latest winner, Just Sam (Samantha Diaz) of Harlem, New York, back in May, “American Idol” is already seeking fresh talent for its forthcoming season.
The reality television show is hosting its “Idol Across America” virtual auditions via Zoom, which will look at California residents on Sept. 5.
