YMCA cycling event aims to show trauma-sufferers they’re not alone

The Newport-Mesa YMCA and advocacy group Crime Survivors teamed up Saturday, May 19, to host Ride4Healing to raise awareness about post-traumatic stress disorder and to promote mental health.
Riders took turns riding a total of 300 miles – the distance from Orange County to Las Vegas.
