Yes on Proposition 25 for a more just and fair criminal justice system

Proposition 25, if approved by voters, would replace cash bail with a new system of pretrial risk assessments. It is an attempt to treat people equally in our justice system regardless of their wealth or poverty. No system is perfect, but Proposition 25 deserves a “yes” vote.
