Finland-based software developer Vincit, with offices in Irvine, has acquired Irvine-based Xtopoly for undisclosed terms.
Xtopoly, an interactive marketing and advertising agency founded in 2006, focuses on user experience and interface design, building and supporting websites and applications to help implement a client’s brand strategy.
