A wrong-way driver struck a big rig in Tustin, causing the truck to jackknife and spill debris on Interstate 5 early Sunday, October 8.
The crash happened at 4:42 a.m. when drivers on the northbound 5 freeway at Red Hill Avenue reported a black SUV traveling southbound, according to traffic logs from the California Highway Patrol.
