Woolsey fire is 10% contained; Brown seeks federal disaster relief

The Woolsey fire that burned 83,275 acres in Los Angeles and Ventura counties, claimed two lives and injured three firefighters was declared 10 percent contained on Sunday morning.
The fire destroyed 177 structures and threatened an estimated 57,000 homes in the communities of Thousand Oaks, Oak Park, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, West Hills, Simi Valley, Chatsworth, Bell Canyon, Hidden Hills, Malibu and Calabasas, CalFire, the statewide firefighting agency said in a statement.
