Woman found face down at community pool in Irvine

IRVINE — A woman was found unconscious, face down in a community pool and pulled out by bystanders on Friday, May 12.
The bystanders, one an Orange County Fire Authority captain, began CPR on the 58-year-old woman before paramedics arrived about 8:45 p.m., OCFA Cpt. Paul Holaday said.
Paramedics were able to return a pulse to the victim but she was hospitalized unconscious late Friday, Holaday said.
