Wild fire former Ducks coach Bruce Boudreau

Wild coach Bruce Boudreau, who was coaching in the final year of his contract, has been fired by general manager Bill Guerin.
The team announced the news Friday morning, about 12 hours after the Wild’s 4-3 shootout loss to the New York Rangers at Xcel Energy Center.
A source confirmed to the Pioneer Press that assistant coach Dean Evason will replace Boudreau on an interim basis.
