Who would shoot and kill a dolphin? $5,000 reward offered

A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the conviction of a person who shot a dolphin that washed up on Manhattan Beach.
An examination showed the dolphin died from a bullet wound, Marine Animal Rescue announced on its Facebook page on Friday, Nov. 16.
