Who really runs L.A.? Chargers and Rams fans get into it

For the first time since 1994, two Los Angeles NFL teams played against each other as the L.A. Rams hosted the L.A. Chargers in a preseason game at the Coliseum. Fans from both teams were asked who really runs L.A.?
