LOS ANGELES — There’s nothing wrong with dreaming the NHL dream, as long as your eyes are open.
Sean Walker, a right-hand defenseman from Keswick, Ontario, went to Bowling Green. He bet on himself, and a hockey scholarship that might lead to a profession. He also gave himself a hedge: A business degree, earned in four years.
