Where John Cox got it right – charting a new way for Republicans

Like the toxic smoke that hovered over much of California in recent days, the toxic post election political environment cast a similar pall over the fortunes of Republicans across the Golden State.  It is easy to pick through the wreckage and conclude, but there simply were no bright spots and to conclude, as have some, that the party in California is dead.
