Westminster School District receives its Golden Bell award for program that teaches students Vietnamese

The Westminster School District received a Golden Bell award at a recent reception hosted by the California School Boards Association. The district received the award for its English-Vietnamese dual-language immersion program. More than 50 other programs statewide also received Golden Bell awards.
