Westminster makes big stop at the end, knocks off Garden Grove

WESTMINSTER – A late-game charge by Garden Grove ended with an incomplete pass in the end zone, as Westminster held on to down the Argonauts, 21-17, in a nonleague game Friday at Westminster High.
Jacob Zazzueta took Garden Grove (1-1), ranked 25th in Orange County, from his own 19-yard line to within 3 yards of the end zone in the final three-and-a-half minutes after holding Westminster on fourth down.
